IF YOU THINK THAT EATING HEALTHILY IS TOO HARD, read this. 

This meal took me 2 minutes and 45 seconds. I know that because I timed it.  Carrot and broccoli together in the microwave for 2 minutes while the skinless chicken breast took 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the grill. The Unsalted and roasted cashews took 5 seconds to pour onto my plate. This meal consists of good sources of protein, carbohydrates and good fats, which is what all of your meals should consist of. This meal works out cheaper than take away and is just as tasty. I eat 6 meals like this per day.
